Microsoft to Buy Nokia.
Microsoft is ready to buy the struggling Nokia phone company in the near future. Nokia which is the leader of the mobile phone in the world wide market is struggling behind other companies in the Smartphone sector. The cheaper mobile phones and Smartphones from other companies are reducing the overall production outlet of the company.
Recently they started to produce simple mobile phones with LCD screen at affordable price for the third world countries and they don’t have plan to continue with the black LCD screen any more. On the Smartphone side their camera’s performance are unbeatable by other company phones. Their latest Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone comes with a 41 Megapixel image and Zoom facilities are good for the media reporters too.
As per the latest news Microsoft Corp has agreed to pay 3.79 billion euros ($5 billion) for Nokia’s handset business and another 1.65 billion euros for a 10-year license for Nokia’s patents on Tuesday. According to mobile phone industry information, most of the patents are best in the mobile market.
