Suzuki Gixxer SF motorcycle comes with Single Channel ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System), Fuel Injection and Disk Brakes on both ends. The Gixxer SF Motorbike is now available in Sri Lanka. This smart looking motorbike seems to be a tough contender for the Yamaha and Honda motorcycle models in the 150 cc class in Sri Lanka.
Suzuki Gixxer SF 155cc is provided with 155cc engine. This Suzuki motorbike used the same wind tunnel where the Hayabusa, Katana, GSX-R and MotoGP machines were developed. Its fairing has been designed to give maximum wind protection to the rider, reducing turbulence and drag for great aerodynamic efficiency.
This Street fighter model is fitted with Automatic Headlamp On (AHO), clear LED tail lamp and sporty new graphics with the Gixxer logo across the fuel tank!. New SF model comes with Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), a supplemental system that automatically controls the braking force more efficiently and avoids wheel lock-up in case of slippery road conditions, inconsistent road contours; or sudden braking.
Fitted with a five-speed gearbox that provides exceptional performance with a broad low-end torque and dynamic mid-range power for strong acceleration which gives riders a thrilling and superb ride.
As per Suzuki “Depending on road surface conditions, such as wet, loose, or uneven roads, braking distance for an ABS-equipped vehicle may be longer than for a vehicle not equipped with ABS. ABS cannot prevent wheel skidding caused by braking while cornering. Please ride carefully and do not overly rely on ABS.”
